I am sure that title might have pissed some people off, and it should.
Because, that’s not us.
That is NOT who/what people that suffer from a mental illness are, nor ever will it be.
So, what are 10 WAYS that we can better control our “psycho” that lives inside us?

They are already tough enough issues independently. As a team, bipolar and anger can work us into an early grave if we let them.
