  1. That’s a really scary thought. I think I agree though. When your life focuses on one thing, it can be hard to let go of that thing and try to figure out what, if anything, is left of you.

  2. I don’t think they are afraid to heal. I believe they, depending on their trauma, don’t know how or where to seek help.

    Most people suffer in silence because they still think it’s a stigma attached to mental illness.

    It is no longer a stigma to love yourself.

    Seeking treatment to resolve the trauma is the first step to healing. Otherwise, the person is not living but rather existing in a horrible state without peace and joy.
